🌟 Welcome Coach Sebastian to California Magic! 🌟 We are thrilled to announce that Sebastian has joined our coaching team! Growing up in the west suburbs of Chicago, Sebastian honed his skills at Hoffman United, Sockers FC, and Ela Elite before continuing his impressive career at Harper College and Judson University. As a player, he captained his high school team, earning all-conference honors, and achieved remarkable milestones like winning a NJCAA Regional Championship with Harper College and competing in NCCAA Nationals in Florida with Judson University. After his playing career, Sebastian transitioned to coaching youth soccer in Chicago, and in 2024, he brought his passion and expertise to the Bay Area. Sebastian believes that soccer teaches invaluable lessons in leadership, work ethic, and resilience. He says, “The game helped me understand the importance of leadership, work ethic, and resilience. Of course, it is a great escape to enjoy oneself, but it made me love to compete with others.” As a coach, Sebastian is dedicated to bringing the same joy to the kids that he experienced in his youth.
