Background

Emerson Calderon was born in Oakland and grew up in Hayward. His playing career helped him focus on school and including development at Hayward Tecos and California Northstars, before continuing studies and playing at Chabot College. Emerson loves the rush you get when you step on the field and spending time with your teammates, forming bonds with coaches and players like another family. Five years from now, Emerson wants his players to say about him that they can see the foundation that was built and that Emerson helped them be a better person and soccer player to accomplish their goals.
