Background

Sebastian grew up in the west suburbs of Chicago where he enjoyed a youth career at Hoffman United, Sockers FC, and Ela Elite before continuing his career at Harper College and Judson University. As a player, Sebastian captained his high school team earning all conference honors, as well as winning a NJCAA Regional Championship with Harper College and making NCCAA Nationals in Florida with Judson University.

After his playing career, Sebastian began coaching youth soccer in Chicago before moving to the Bay Area in 2024.

Sebastian says, "The game helped me understand the importance of leadership, work ethic, and resilience. Of course it is a great escape to enjoy oneself but it made me love to compete with others."

As a coach, Sebastian aims to bring the joy to the kids that he had when he was younger.

When not coaching, Sebastian enjoys cooking, golfing and movies.
